Bad News: My TSH was 10...should be lower than 4...I am now taking Synthroid
Good News: Maybe this medicine will help me not be so sluggish and fatigued all the time!
Good News: On August 22 Manga Dork and I will be attending the American Idols Live Concert with Cousins Kay-Kay & B and their mom in Pittsburgh, PA.
Bad News: I mistakenly (is that a word) got 4 tickets instead of 5.
Argh.
Uh-o.....better get another ticket!
ReplyDeleteHope the new med helps and makes you feel better!
Happy Saturday....=)
The ups and downs of life! I sure hope the meds help and an extra ticket is not hard to get!
ReplyDeleteI hope the meds work out well for you AND that you can get one more ticket. Yowza!
ReplyDeleteI was diagnosed with the tyroid problem about 6 years ago. I was extremely fatigued all the time. Until October of last year, I took my medicine faithfully. I stopped taking it. I was so fatigued. I woke up tired, had no energy etc. Last week, I started on the syntroid once more. What a difference. I wake up with energy. It will take about 1 week for you to notice the change. Good Luck
ReplyDeleteOn the ticket, hopefully you can get another one if not, have fun with 3 girls....
Happy Mothers Day Scrappy....
I've been on Synthroid for about 4 years. If you're young (I'm in my early 50's), perhaps it'll restore ALL your energy! It didn't with me, but I'm amazingly better than I used to be. Just remember not to eat soy products, veggies from the cabbage family (incl broccoli) or use hand sanitizer -- these things all interfere with the body's absorbtion of your meds. Good luck!
