I did not get on the treadmill but I was out of breath with all the errands I had this week and all the cleaning I had to do! Does that count? I really hate exercise too - totally my downfall!
i haven't yet this morning... but i did yesterday :O)
i really need help Scrappy. you know about the surgery i had on my ankle right... well, i wasn't able to wear tennis shoes for over a month! so walking & stuff was hard... it is just not the same wearing FLIP FLOPS and other open back shoes. and guess what? i gained 4 pounds since last month!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!
i really want it off. i can feel it in my belly... cramping up my organs....
i dont like that feeling. i was doing so good until that DARN ANKLE SURGERY. i was only likr 5 pounds from my goal weight and now i am like 10 pounds away.
i know it might not seem like much... but i have already lost over 20 pounds during the past year. it is HARD WORK and the last 10 pounds is the hardest.
Ok, I managed to do some, granted not everyday. But I did. I like the aerobics(hehe)It's kind of fun. I could never do that in front of people though, Mr. can walk in the room and I mess up. It's funny. I won't let him watch me workout. :)
I have to admit I have not been exercising other than my walking up and down stairs and my regular gardening, home blessings and such. I too have been a naughty girl. After watching the Biggest Loser last night I wanted to run so bad but alas I am unable otherwise I could blow out my knee due to the weight that my body is carrying. ARG! Let's do better this week. I really suck at exercising. Plus my days are busy right now. As soon as the pool is warm enough, I'm gonna step up the exercise!!
