This was not the case for me this morning! I was feeling good...I hopped right on!
Last week's weight was 215.0
This week's weight is 208.6!
I lost 6.4 pounds this week!
I know that the first week is mostly water BUT it still feels good!
My BMI last week was 40.58
This week it is 39.38...I am still obese.
I hate the word "obese"...it is in the same category as "snot" and "vomit" LOL!
I am only 3.6 pounds away from my goal to lose 10 pounds by May 31st!
How did your #s look this morning?
The person who lost the most will receive a handmade card from me!
But you had to beat me too!

I hate to say that I fell off the wagon this week because we had a ton of family over the weekend and wedding festivities - the food was to good to pass up. Gained 1 pound blah!!!!!

I'm going to use my wii weight, since I'm working out with it and it will keep me consistent.
I managed two pounds, but I've seen that go up and down for several weeks now.
So, not much excitement about that loss.
Pressing forward though.
Staying on track.

That is awesome!! I lost 7. I was hoping for 7.5, but I only lost .5 yesterday. Probably because I cheated a tiny bit. Amazing how good mac & cheese can look when you can't have any.
I found this website, fitday.com that helps you keep track of your weight and calories eaten daily. I love it.

i am going to eat good this morning.
i have Yogurt and Granola in my fridge and that i what i am going to have instead of left-over pizza.
This inspires me. We had a health fair at work today and the grand opening of our office gym! I'm really stoked! I talked to a personal trainer about a food and exercise plan! He told me if I want to keep it off to lose 1-2 pounds a week. 3 at the most! HHMM I want to lose it ALL next week!
