Do You Have The Meal Time Blues?

I thought I would share 2 examples of meals Manga Dork and I are eating on our diet.

This was our dinner tonight...Chicken fajitas (tortilla, grilled chicken strips, FF shredded cheddar cheese, and taco sauce)...Stoufers Harvest Apples...Salad (American bagged salad, FF shredded cheddar cheese, and Light Raspberry Vinaigrette)...FF refried beans

690 calories...12 grams fat

This was my lunch...Lean Cuisine Pepperoni french pizza bread...salad (same as above)...20 cherries
505 calories...13 grams fat
We have around 1500 calories and no more than 30 grams of fat daily.
What is a healthy meal you enjoy?

Looking at the picture of your lunch made me hungry.

I really need to be better about including fruits and veggies with all my meals.

Oh man my meals are always under 400-500ish calories give or take. I always have a veg that is key to keeping me full. :)

I'm dieting, too, and I haven't had anything as yummy as that! Can I come over and eat at your house? :) Now I'm hungry...off to raid the fridge.

I am a protein shake fanatic (1 a day at least) but a great healty meal I love is spinach salad, 1 can albacore tuna, dash of fresh dill, dash of oregano, light balsamic, and croutons. YUM.

That looks so yummy! I love salads, fruit, sandwiches, and I am trying to cut back on the carbs, but it is so hard to do so!

Those look good. Healthy choices around our house usually includes a salad, and some kind of baked meat.

Chicken fried steak. Just kidding!

I love rotissere chicken with a bit of bbq sauce...and fish. I adore fish.

uh... yum? when did dieting include a full plate of food?

okay I am dumb, you have to explain what ff means?

I came over to say I did not see your name of Tablescape Thursday, but I know you want to play! You do know most of our settings are make believe right? You do not actually have to serve your family dinner a five course meal to participate! ha ha!

those look yummy! i tell ya a salad dressing that is a must have...and they sale it by the gallons (i had to ask - lol) is O'Charley's new Cranberry Orange vinegarette. as my daddy always says "that'll make your tounge slap your brains out". haha

for healthy - lets see. love me a salad with fruit. nuts. ummm, eat anything chicken. & could live on garden greenbeans. i also love lean cuisine lasagna & cube steak/mac & cheese. if you do WW, they have the points on the boxes. thats a sweet benefit!
