You Are What You Eat?!

I guess that means I am easy, fast, and cheap! LOL!

Today is the day I have decided to go back to TOPS. On my "35 Things I Want To Do While I Am 35" list I put that I want to reach my goal weight. I started TOPS last June at 231 {I can't believe I just typed that for all to see}...I want to be 131. That is 100 pounds. I am not sure where I am right now, but I do know I am not all the way back to start. I have 44 weeks to work on marking off that item on my list. Wish me luck.

I am nervous.
{btw...for anyone who is confused...that is NOT me in the picture...image from photobucket}

I'm here to wish you luck... we have had to go on a low-cholesterol diet thanks to Hubs' horrible genes... so I'll drop by to be your cheerleader! You can do it.... when is the first time you have to go weigh in?

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth looking at her tummy hanging out of her dress. I'm sooo mean - but that is quite the picture.

As you know I am 100 pounds over weight and I gained another 10 pounds over the holidays. I've got to get with the program tooooooo!!!! I just HATE dieting. I need to set a goal to quit eating sweets and eat healthy... plus walking is great too.

1 1/2 years ago I lost 50 pounds and was looking great... but then I gained it back plus 10 pounds... I hate that. This is gonna be the year for me too - but I'm not quite started yet... I need to recover from the holidays and get back to my old self. Then I will dive in.

Thankfully this is the last week to get all of my customers back to normal from holiday guests, family, parties.. It's been a HARD month and 1/2...holidays are always hard for me - that is why I have a tough time in January - because I am exhausted! I have decided this year I'm going to recover from the holidays and then start the whole change/eat healthy thing.

Anyway - sorry for the novel. I hope you do well at the weigh in tonight. You can do it - look how well you did last year... Just get back on the program now that the holdiays are over. I'm sure with all the snow and bad weather - it doesn't help with the hum drums..

I've seen that picture many a time and it STILL makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

Good luck with TOPS (what is that anyway?)

You'll be fab!

I feel so bad for the woman in the photo. And it motivates ME too! I've been in TOPS before but around here it's just some older ladies who use it as a social club rather than a real weight loss tool.

I regained 9 of the 35 lbs. I lost last year but I've taken off 3 of them and I hope to be back to where I was in a few weeks. Which is good because I still have another 50 to go.

good luck with your goal!!!! You can do it!!!!

You can do it! Just make small goals, one at a time and achieve them slowly and surely and then out of no where you will reach your goal! Yep!
