Hoo's That Walking?

Yesterday Wild Child got her cast COMPLETELY off. She has permission to walk on it. No jumping, bouncing, or running for 2 more weeks. She says her leg is "a little scared to start walking again."

These are my 2 new best friends...although I am trading one in due to a huge dent in a couple weeks. The salesman had to the nerve to offer me a $25 gift card if I wanted to keep the dented one. That was an offensive offer...I told him to deliver a new one. They are so quiet...ya don't even know they are in the house. I think I'll have them train the kids.

Wild Child and I celebrated her "castless" leg at the chinese buffet and then did some intensive retail therapy at TJMaxx. I couldn't resist this 18" orange glitter covered metal owl...at $12.99 he had to come home with me. I will share more of my treasures tomorrow!
Are your fall decorations out yet? It's the first day of AUTUMN!

I don't decorate for fall. I am lame. But I would love to get a fall wreath.

You should definitely do that Kristina!

I love how kids perceive weakness or pain. "scared to walk" is so appropriate... My grandson says his stomach talks to him if it doesn't like a certain food. Kids make it seem so easy. Love the owl and your new "friends."

Oooo, sweet W/D set! Lucky!! Love the owl, too. He's cute. Glad your dd finally got her cast off. Does she have to do any therapy? My son had to do some arm stuff when his cast came off. Have a great weekend!!

I don't think she will have to do any therapy unless after these next 2 weeks she is still not walking normally.

Yea for Wild Chile. That is funny she says her leg is scared. You'll love your front loading machines. There is no going back.
I was just thinking today that I need to pull out my Fall decorations. I'll do it this afternoon

So glad she can walk again! And I'm in love with your washer and dryer. I want to start decorating for fall/Halloween, but my house is all torn up right now getting my new floors in and right now I'll just be glad if I can get it put back together before bunko is here next Friday! I may need prayers -lol.

i would love to see your fall treasures after leaving most of my halloween decorations behind. I was so sad! I decided I would try to purchase things a little nicer so that I could maybe work them into my decor year round. Who knows, my daughter did say, "when did our house get so "fall like", at least they are noticing right?
