Changing Sheets

How often do you change your sheets? Do you have a certain routine?

I'll go first. Yes - once a week all of the bedding in our house gets washed. Different days for different rooms but I wash all of it - sheets, mattress covers, quilts, blankets, etc. I also air fluff the pillows. Makes my own mother proud! LOL

Clean sheet night is the BEST night of the week. Especially if I get to roll around in the warm sheets right out of the drier and pretend I'm a kitten. But everybody does that right?

Once a week, usually on Saturday morning!

Weekly. But my hubs is out of town for three weeks, so I think I'll sleep on his side of the bed starting Saturday. Pretty ingenious if you ask me.

I work with a doc that says she changes her on the Winter Solstice and the Summer Equinox. I sorta wanna gag with that idea.

Every Saturday... :)

I'm with Trooper - love clean sheet night, but I'd rather roll around nice cool sheets.

As far as how often I change them?? No set schedule. Kind of depends on how many times Luvpilot has slept on them that week (men are just smellier). But usually it's once a week.

I'm a once a week girl too. Every Saturday morning the sheets are taken off and new ones are put on and the bed is made. I wash the mattress pad once a month and blankets about every three months. I love a clean bed too.
Our beds are made every morning. I really don't like leaving the house unless all the beds are made.

It depends on the time of year. Usually weekly but in the summer more because everyone sweats and stuff and that's just gross! Ha ha
Great question btw!

P.S. Oprah has her sheets changed daily. I would too if someone did it for me!

Every couple of weeks for us, my hub is gone some too and that does seem to make a difference...those smelly little boys just grow up to be smelly men I think! LOL

I am a sheet snob! I like really high cotton thread count and they always have to be white!! And if I was a rich woman and cared nothing about being "green" I would sleep on clean sheets every night!! Did you hear me, EVERY NIGHT!! Usually I change my sheets every Thursday or Friday.
