These are my neighbors. It totally looks like a haunted house! I could see a Halloween party under the big shade tree with that house as the perfect decoration. lol. Don't worry. It is gonna be torn down and removed. Soon.
Here is what is hiding behind the spooky house. Now that rolling pasture will be a much better view from our back yard!
Happy Weekend!

Yeah, that's a great prop for halloween. Glad it's coming down. Looks like a home for snakes to me, yuck!
Save those window frames!!! They are beautiful, I can see a whole bunch of cute ideas to do with them. I may or may not have a window frame obsession.
Ooh, scary!
I'm with Tauna, save whatever you can. I love old stuff.
Spooky indeed! I love old, creepy houses. We have lived several places where there have been houses like this and it is always an adventure to walk through them to see what there is to discover and to imagine what life might have been like there. We even lived on a ranch that had been a town at one time (from the late 1880's to the 1930's)...now that was a very cool place to live and explore.
I have seen some really neat things done with old window frames. I have a friend that did family portraits and then used the old window frame to frame the photos.
I love abandoned homes and would love to explore and photograph them. Have you been inside? I'd love to see photos from the inside.
I had to go back and look at the window frames closer after Tauna's comment.
It would be fun to see what other salvagable things could come from there before you tear it down, but I agree it is spooky looking.
Did you save the frames yet?
I'm sooooo jealous!
They are lurvley!
That is a scary house! Be sure to grab any vintage gems that may be left before it's gone!
I can't wait to see what you do with the house.
