Today I get to mark off another item on my 35 things list. Today is my first day as leader at TOPS and I am marking off "volunteer for something."
I am so nervous.
I am going to attempt to turn a meeting that is normally senior citizen social hour into an informative support group. Yikes! They may kick me out! In the last few months we have gotten several new members that range from teens to senior citizens.
I looked through all the chapter program books and I think I found a program that fits my interests and abilities. It is titled "FUN!" My favorite word! I will be talking about finding activities to fill up your free time and hopefully keep them out of the pantry!
