Glitter It...And She Will Come!

The Christmas aisles at Walmart are STILL screaming my name. I am serious. It is like the "powers that be" at Walmart got together and said, "How can we make our Christmas section so appealing to Scrappy Girl that she can't stay away?!" One of them says, "Let's color coordinate EVERYTHING...then arrange it in sections by COLOR. Then another one says, "I don't think that is enough to make her purchase something." Finally, the littlest of the "powers" excitedly proclaims, "Let's add glitter to EVERYTHING!" And they did.

On Sunday the 3 girlies picked out their special wrapping papers. I wrap each child's gifts in only one type of paper...very easy to find on Christmas morning! Cutie chose Tinkerbell. Wild Child chose Littlest Pet Shop. Manga Dork chose a pack that had polka dots, iPods, and cell phones. Perfect!

It's getting closer! I smell peppermint!

Walmart has actually started producing some cute things. Miley Cyrus clothing is not one of them.

I will be checking those things out sometime this week. I haven't been to the Mart in two weeks. Looks like fun stuff this year.

They've really upped their game these past couple of years and have some cute stuff.

I wrap the boys' gifts in separate paper too. So much easier!

I just found an entire bin of Christmas wrapping paper downstairs, I think I might be set for the next decade actually.

We have a store here called Hobby Lobby that I think you would spend the night in if you ever came to visit this way!

Another nice thing about Walmart, they don't change their colors every year like you know who? So if you don't get everything you want this year, you can go back and get more next year!

I have been avoiding the Christmas section in Wally World for weeks now. I just can't seem to make myself set foot in it until after Thanksgiving is over with...lol. Sadly our store is very lacking with cute items...it is pretty poorly managed and always, always out of stuff.
