Meet Larry and Other Random Stuff

My back wiper is broken (I tried to pull in the garage with the rear door up in the air) and I have had a little copilot for several weeks now. We named him Larry. He has traveled many miles with me since at least the beginning of September. I am not going to fix my wiper until he is gone (Don't judge me...I am extremely soft hearted and sentimental). Dr. Hubby just thinks I am mental...lol.

Larry wasn't the only crawly creature out on the farm today. It was so warm and nice that it awakened all the aggravating ladybugs and they invaded my scrappy schoolhouse. I accidentally smeared one down my neck...phew...they stink!

I put in my Season 1 DVD of Real Housewives of Orange County. Boy those girlies have come a long way. I just heard the franchise was sold and that in Fall 2010 they will be showing Real Housewives on a local network 5 days a week...woohoo! Oh the FUN and TROUBLE they will be able to get into! Don't forget the OC Housewives premiere on Bravo November 5th at 10 pm!

I got scrappy on some Fall ATCs...I showed you the supplies a couple posts ago and these are the results. I can't decide which one to keep for myself.

I made this card for a friend that was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She is such an inspiration.
Today I have to go to Columbus to take Wild Child to her last dental visit. She said, "I can't do it anymore. Cutie needs to get silver teeth now." LOL! My MIL is riding with me. She broke 2 of her fingers the other day in a freak accident...it looks so painful. We are still getting along very well...it's starting to freak me out!
Hope you have a great Wednesday!

Come on Scrappy Girl... you can totally squish that spider.. Orrrr I can... I'm not tender hearted at all when it comes to creepy crawly things. It must come from being the man of the house. he he... In regards to the men of the house.. why isn't Dr. Scrappy fixing your wiper blade... I HAS to be his job (Right?)

I always love your scrappy creations. I love the first one and the middle one on the bottom row. But.... they are all really cute.

Silver teeth and broken fingers... oh, the excitement never ends. I'm glad you are getting along with MIL... It's always nice as long as it lasts.. but, always stay on guard for the freak out... just to be safe!

Oh.... the name "Larry" cracks me up... it makes me want to squish it that much more... as in Larry - Jason's dad whom I just visited with. I love him... but would love to squish him now and then... Maybe thinking a spider as Larry would take out some of my frustrations.... I'll give it a try next time I see one! Mawwhahahah :-D

The OC housewives are my fave anyway. NJ comes in 2nd, NYC 3rd and Hatlanta 4th. I think it's because they are the OG's of the Housewives and I love Vicki's scream.

Your ATC's look great! I hate spiders. Hate 'em. Larry would not still be among the living at my house! lol!

Hello Larry! We have spiders like you in the Pond!

Larry the spider? Hmmm... He'd already be displaced if he were at my house.

Oh I love all of your cards, I have been crafty too. I am getting ready for my mom's craft fair. She is letting me sell some gifties. I like your get well card, so sweet. Yuck - keep those buggies away. :)

ahhh...i just picked my youngest up at the bus...and as we were walkin ghome he ALWAYS touches the bushes on the way home...you know 4 year old stuff...picking the leaves and berries...well...he stopped and looked closer and there was a HUGE nasty brown spider hiding right where he just touched...it freaked him out...I just wanted to figure out what kind it was...I'm fine with spiders as long as they are NOT in my house!!!

AND....CUTE cards! I'd love to have a card making night with ya! Someday....

I had a spider on my review mirror - I kept thinking once I got on the highway and up to 70mph he'd get knocked off...didn't happen. The next day he'd made a web between my mirror and the mirror on hubby's car...and sadly I walked right through the nasty thing! Shoulda drove 80 haha.
Congrats on your recent blog awards.

I had a hobo INSIDE my van the other day. He was not going to be my little friend, he is now squashed after being screamed at. Killing spiders is a great stress relief (the deadly ones- not the Larry kind.)

Darling cards :)
