2 Cute Layouts and a Sad Horse Story

I wanted to share a couple of my favorite layouts with you all. I love working on one-photo layouts. This is one of my fave pics of Wild Child.

I had never done a completely black/white layout and thought I would try it with this black/white photo of cousin KK.

Congrats to Melonscraps (Marilyn) for guessing correctly. It unfortunately was a horse bone. A couple years ago Dr. Hubby bought a Belgian horse that was headed to the slaughter house. Her name was Lady and she was so beautiful and sweet. She had a couple lazy years grazing in our pastures, but she died last winter. We discovered that the coyotes had dug a hole into her grave while we were on a hayride this spring. So...the other day Sebastian the Yellow Lab brought one of her bones up to our yard. Yuck.

Those pages are great! That pic of Wild Child is so adorable!! I love the colors you used on the layout! I am also loving the black and white page, may have to try it sometime!!

Thanks for the little challenge, so to speak. What a sad story indeed.

Horse was my next guess. but it was just a guess. I don't know my bones. Like Marilyn, I love the layouts. Black is my favorite color so that second one is easpically cute to me. Great job. Have fun with just one child! m

I love your pages. The black and white is a great idea! I'll have to give it a try... I've been so busy doing the digital I haven't made many REAL pages. I need to get back into it!
