Who Needs a Horse and Other Tales From a Wild Weekend...

What does a wild Mom like me do with a free weekend? Well, with only an 8 year old it wasn't completely free...but close!
On Saturday we went out to do some retail therapy. We ate at AppleBees. I went to JoAnn's to see what kind of deals they had. OMGoodness! They had their 12x12 DCWV paper packs for $9.99! That is half price! I walked out with ZERO! Don't know how or why...I think I wanted them all and couldn't manage to choose just a couple! LOL!
This is my loot from Michaels. They had their cricut cartridges for $40 (regular $90)! I have been wanting this one for awhile! I FINALLY found the "skittles" that alot of cardmakers are using too. They were on clearance for $1.19!
This morning we went to church. We have the cutest little country church right next door to the farm. I couldn't resist taking this pic of Dr. Hubby moving our Amish buggy. Who needs a horse?! LOL!

We went into town again. We ate a KFC and then headed over to Tractor Supply Co. I love the feel of that store! It is just so "farmy" and country. This is where the cowboys shop...

I loved these two little tire horse swings! What a neat idea!

I have always wanted to try out a "page map" to help create my layout. Below is the one I created using this "map" from www.pagemaps.com. What do you think?

When I got home I put on my pjs, put in a movie, and I am going back and forth from scrappin' and bloggin'! Life is good! Enjoy your weekend...

I want that buggy. Badly. Those are some great pictures. I love how quaint the church sounds too.

Have fun scrapping away the day.
