Overwhelmed Super Mom

I am overwhelmed. TO THE MAX...LOL! Things are starting to pile up on me for this party and in the house.

To add to the mess, Wild Child and Cutie Patootie were up to their old tricks. From Noon to 3:00 they managed to dump 2 bags of chips in the living room floor, pour a bottled water all over the kitchen floor, and coat arms and legs in baby bath. Argh.

They were able to do this stuff because I was trying to clean house, watch them, AND find a cake.

Manga Dork had another volleyball game tonight...they lost again. Last night she had a game and got busted in the nose with the ball. Ouch! She is fine. We showed up early today for the game because we thought pictures were being taken...we were wrong...extra effort for nothing!

AND in my bid for Mother of the Year...we ate at McDonalds FOUR times today. That has to be a record. I keep thinking of the Super Size Me guy...

I just want to go to bed and make it all go away...

Did you find the cake? My daughter's birthday is Nov. 2nd and she is going to be lucky to have one or maybe two friends over with some ice cream and a new pair of shoes. You are doing great things. Take a bath. With bubbles. m

Wow! You had quite the day yesterday...between the chips and baby bath..I'm really not sure which one is worse!
Hope today goes much better. Good luck finding the cake. Maybe you could check to see if any of the craft stores in the area (if there are any?) have a Wilton class - a lot of times their instructors do cakes on the side....Just a thought. :)
