I am so excited to start this journey and I am SO excited to see that a few of my bloggy friends are gonna join me!

My starting weight is 215.0.
My BMI is 40.58...I am obese.

I am weighing on my WiiFit.

My first goal is to lose 10 pounds by May 31 (Dr. Hubby's bday)!

My end goal weight is 125.

ok, here goes.
1st I don't have a wii - looking online now, but i'm not sure I can afford it.
I have really been wanting one because they actually sound like fun.

I'm still on a diet (since January, started @ 182) but am stuck at 175.
I would love to get to 145.
My original goal was to have this accomplished by late June. Not sure that's going to happen. If I can't get the wii, maybe I can talk my son into sitting on my feet for some situps...yuck

Can I be a success story kind of encouragement? My starting weight WAS 155 and my current weight (goal weight) IS 135! I lost 20 lbs. and I've been able to keep it off successfully for a few months, now! You can do it! Just remember - everything in moderation, THINK about what you are eating and track it, and celebrate even the small successes!

I am not as brave as you. In fact I'm checking back to see who else posted their weight.
So I don't want to post my weight but I will say that my goal each week is to lose 2 lbs. I have already lost 11 and my ultimate goal is to lose 25 more by the end of summer!

Okay, so I am a couple days late, been in a non-computer mood most of the week.....

My current weight is 230, this was checked last week at the doctor's office. I don't have a scale at home (or a wii fit) so we will see how this works.

My goal is to be around 120, I am only 5 ft tall. I don't really have a middle goal, I will just keep going till I am at a healthy weight, even if it is more than the 120 since I have a larger frame and all.

Excerise, I plan on walking more around home. We have a great greenspace than runs behind our street where the creek runs, then of course the streets.

Remember one thing....you can exercise, eat right and hit a stall weight. You need to remember to workout in intervals.....workout, then do 5 minutes of very intense workout, then back to a normal workout pace. Your body will get use to the workouts as your progress and you will stop burning calories, so remember to ramp it up once in a while. My advice....do not weigh yourself weekly. This can get upsetting when you think you are not loosing any weight and working so hard. Weigh twice a month, stick to a healthy diet, workout and enjoy life. A positive mental outlook really helps. I know you can do this. I have never had a weight problem...if anything I have been under weight for my height. I'm almost 5'9" and very small boned. I eat healhty, but need to workout more. Since starting a workout plan a few months back, I have put on 5 pounds of muscle weight and I'm so dang happy....I know, sounds weird to be happy about gaining weight, but it's true!
