Don't Say I Didn't Warn You

I absolutely hate PMS. The little voices start telling me things that are untrue and they want me to have a pity party. They say things like...

You are so fat.
You are so ugly.
You should feel sorry for your husband because he has to have an ugly fat grouchy wife.
He deserves better than you.
You are lazy.
This house is a mess and it's because you are a terrible housekeeper.
You should just eat junk...you'll never lose weight.
You are worthless...what did you do today?...oh wow you did laundry...someone give you a trophy!
The only friends you have are on the internet.
Everyone secretly feels sorry for you.
Everyone knows this diet will last for a few weeks and then you will give up.
You are so needy.
I hate feeling like this. I am normally a very upbeat person. At least it only lasts a couple days.
On the bright side...this is one of the only times I speak my mind...and where am I going on Sunday...DR. HUBBY"S FAMILY REUNION! mwhahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahha! Let the FUN begin!

that sounds even worse than PMS. That sounds like the devil himself! Tell him to shut the "f" up!

pardon my french, sometimes you gotta talk in terms the devil understands.

Oh wow! I have said and done things that I would not have on a regular day. PMS is for real and it can be bad. BC pills help keep my evilness to a dull roar (most of the time) but I still crave chocolate like crazy!

Just happened across your blog - had to comment on this one. . . PMS! Let me tell you - I even have a daughter that started into it at age 4. FOUR! I never had it until after all 6 of my children were born. Hmm. Is it hereditary? :) Anyway, I have been taking Evening Primrose Oil. At first sign of hating everyone and everything I take one or two, then continue a couple times a day for the next 2-3 days. Works wonders for me and my family!! Even my daughter who is no longer 4. EPO Party anyone???
