I am a thirtysomething stay at home christian mom of 3 daughters married to Dr. Hubby for 16 years. I struggle with weight loss and housework. I am addicted to Twilight, scrapbooking, cardmaking, Vampire Diaries, and Real Housewives.
I think we have found the church we are going to attend regularly. We have been searching (not as hard as we could have) for 4 years. I look forward to attending every Sunday possible. I hope to make some new friends too.
I hope you have a very blessed Sunday...take time to rest.
Good for you! I usually find that on even the days I don't really feel like going but do, I come home spiritually fed and uplifted and life just seems to go a little better that week.
That's great news! We recently have found a little church that is very exciting. Always something going on. They lift me up in so many ways. That's always a good thing. I have learned to give him my troubles and leave things in the past. My blog name is from a sermon I had been to at another church last year. Hope you enjoy your new *home*.
Yay for you! I remember a tough time early in my marriage. I actually went to some counseling. At the time, I had turned away from the religion I had been raised with and wasn't doing anything of the sort. She told me. Choose a religion. Doesn't matter if you return to your childhood beliefs or find something new, but find something. The happiest people are those that have something to believe in.
