Diet...Eating Plan...Lifestyle Change...

It doesn't matter what you call it...it still involves diet soda, lots of water, vegetables, fruit, chicken, etc.

I started my diet yesterday and I am just so NOT IN THE MOOD! I had lots of things coming at me emotionally and I am amazed I did not break down and raid the pantry. Yes, I eat my feelings...unfortunately. I did manage to eat very well. Now if I can just manage not to eat my inlaws or hubby....argh!

Happy Sunday! Relax!

Actually, doing what you need to do eating wise when you AREN'T feeling motivated is the BEST time to really lose.

Anyone can make changes when they're motivated. Motivation is an emotion and as such, it comes and goes. If we only do what we need to when we're motivated, we're guaranteed to fail- eventually.

So definitely pat yourself on the back for doing what's needed when you aren't feeling like it because that's the mentality required to succeed.

I hope things settle down at home for you. Whether it's big or small, it sucks to have conflict in your home.
